Information you choose to provide

When you contact Peace Fun Vacay or submit a travel inquiry, you may provide contact information and details about a potential trip, including dates, destinations, party size, preferences, budget, accessibility or dietary considerations, and other information you choose to share.

Please do not send passport images, full payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or a general website inquiry. PFV will provide an appropriate secure process when that information is genuinely required.

How information is used

PFV uses inquiry information to respond to you, understand the requested travel, determine appropriate next steps, research and plan services you authorize, communicate about the trip, and maintain necessary business and client records.

TravelJoy and other service providers

PFV uses TravelJoy for client inquiries and portions of the travel-planning workflow. Information submitted through an embedded or linked TravelJoy form is processed by TravelJoy under its own privacy and security practices. PFV may also use hosting, email, document, payment, and supplier systems as necessary to provide requested services.

Travel suppliers and service providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to research, reserve, service, or support travel you authorize, or as otherwise required by law.

Website information

The website is hosted through Netlify. Like most hosting services, Netlify may process limited technical information associated with site requests, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps, for delivery, security, and reliability. PFV does not use this website to sell personal information.

Data choices and corrections

You may ask PFV to correct inaccurate contact or inquiry information, or to discuss deletion of information that PFV is not required to retain for legal, accounting, supplier, host-agency, dispute, or legitimate business purposes.

Children’s information

This website is intended for adults arranging travel. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should provide information about a minor only when it is needed for legitimate travel planning.

Updates to this notice

PFV may revise this notice as the website, service providers, or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
